SPIRITS
Our Spirits are all hand-crafted here in Dripping Springs, Texas. We try to use Texas ingredients for everything we make. Our rum starts off as sugar cane in the Texas Rio Grande Valley and is made into molasses in Santa Rosa, Texas, so all our rums start and finish right here in Texas. “Cane to Glass” best represents this process, meaning fermentation, distillation, filtration, bottling are all done on site. All our spirits have a firearm caliber designation and if you’re a shooter, you know that differentiates our spirits in ways we think are distinct.

In shooting, Match Grade means that the components are designed and manufactured with such high tolerances for situations when accuracy is critical. Our Match Grade Vodka is as crisp as it is smooth. Match Grade Vodka’s caliber designation is 5.56mm, which is the mainstay of our fighting forces around the world. It is both light, extremely accurate, and always on target.

Silver Bullet Rum is crystal clear with a hint of vanilla and that sweet rum flavor. This rum was made for Cuba Libres and the island style rum drinks, including our Raspberry Beret and Hurricane. The Silver Bullet’s caliber designation is 6mm because it’s fast and straight shooting.

Shot in the Dark Rum awakens your senses. For those of you who have been out on a night patrol, you know how everything is amplified, sight, smell, etc. This rum is good over ice, in our Dark and Stormy, and as an accent in some of our other cocktails. You’ve never had a milk shake until you put a shot in some homemade vanilla or cookies and cream. The Shot in the Dark’s caliber designation is 7mm Mag because it’s a freight train as full of energy as flavor.

Ten Ring Gold Rum

Fort Knox Gold Rum is made for daiquiri. It’s buttery richness takes you straight to an island beach. It’s golden hue hints at the piles of gold in Fort Knox. Fort Knox Gold Rum’s caliber designation is 4.2mm. The 4.2mm became famous with Scaramanga when he used his golden gun as a James Bond assassin. Monsieur Scaramanga, the assassin in the James Bond Movie “the man with the golden gun”, made the 4.2 mm caliber famous - although it wasn’t enough to outdo Bond!
